What Soulora is

Soulora is an AI-powered self-reflection experience that uses symbolic cards, journaling prompts, and personalized insights. It is provided for entertainment, journaling, and personal clarity only.

Not professional advice

Soulora does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, relationship counseling, or other professional advice. AI-generated readings are symbolic and reflective — not factual predictions or guarantees of future events. Do not rely on Soulora to make urgent health, safety, legal, or financial decisions.

Your account

You are responsible for accurate account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase paid features.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid memberships renew automatically at the price and interval shown before checkout until cancelled. Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Soulora does not store your full card number.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time in Soulora (Profile or Shop → Membership → Cancel membership), from the management link in your Paddle receipt email, or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the paid billing period unless local law requires otherwise.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the service. Do not submit unlawful content or attempt to abuse AI generation limits.
