Information we collect

We may collect account details (such as email), the reflection questions and optional context you submit, reading history, profile/customization preferences, and basic technical data (device, IP, logs) needed to operate and secure Soulora.

Questions and readings

Questions and reading content you submit may be stored to generate your reflection, show history (when enabled), and improve reliability. Avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive personal data (government IDs, full payment card numbers, precise medical records).

How we use AI

We send relevant prompts to AI providers to generate symbolic interpretations. AI providers process content to fulfill the request. Do not enter secrets you would not want processed by third-party AI services.

Payments

Paddle processes payments as merchant of record, including card details and tax. Soulora does not store your full payment card number. We may receive limited order metadata (email, plan, status) to fulfill purchases.

Service providers

We use trusted providers for hosting, analytics, account storage, AI processing, and payments. They process data only as needed to provide their services.

Product analytics

We use privacy-focused Vercel Web Analytics to measure aggregate page views and product interactions so we can improve the experience. We do not use this data to sell personal profiles.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and deletion

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account information by emailing support@soulora.club. We will respond within a reasonable time consistent with applicable law.
