Refund Policy
We want Soulora to feel fair. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for purchases made through our checkout provider, Paddle.
One-time purchases
If you unlock a single full reading ($1.99) and the premium content does not appear after payment, contact us within 14 days and we will investigate and issue a refund if the service was not delivered.
Subscriptions
Moon and Celestial memberships renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your Paddle receipt email or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by law.
How to request a refund
Email support@soulora.club with your account email, order date, and a brief description. We typically respond within 2 business days.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Unauthorized or fraudulent charges will be refunded after verification.
